7 Day Return Policy

All jewelry has been assessed by our quality control supervisor before listing to ensure integrity.

Our antique jewelry is sold “as is” and requires thoughtful wear.

Domestic Returns

Returns within the US are complimentary!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Wilson's must be contacted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your package if you intend to return your purchase. You have 3 calendar days from receipt of your fully insured return label to return the item for any reason.

Return QR codes are sent via email. If Wilson's is not contacted within 7 calendar days, and/or we do not receive the items within 3 calendar days from receipt of return label, no refund will be issued. You must contact us immediately once you receive your package to notify us of any problems regarding the condition of the piece.

Please note that orders cancelled prior to shipment will not be refunded for credit card processing fees incurred at the rate of 3%.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it including all of the original packaging. No items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, worn, or altered. Please contact us at +1-833-294-5766 to arrange for your return or email us at info@wilsonsestatejewelry.com.

Once the item is received by us, we will verify the condition of the item and issue a refund within 3 days of receipt. International Returns

International returns are not complimentary. We will invoice you for the cost of international return shipping. Please note that return shipping costs vary by country and are determined at the time the return label is created.

1 Year Layaway Payment Plan

We offer complimentary layaway for up to 12 months with 20% down via a PayPal invoice that allows for partial payments. No interest will be charged. Please note that outside of the down payment, clients have the flexibility to make payments at their convenience throughout the duration of their layaway.

Once the layaway invoice is issued; clients have up to 12 hours to complete the down payment before the invoice will be cancelled. Any layaway not paid in full in the 365 day period will once again be offered for sale to the general public, unless special arrangements have been made with Wilson's Estate Jewelry and store credit will be issued.
