- Centering an oval cabochon hardstone measuring approximately 13.5 x 10.5 mm; translucent bluish-green with black and brown mottling
- Topped by a gold beaded crown and bezel set in a twisted rope motif surround
- Flanked by two winged serpent dragons with scalloped scales and whiplash; bright with ombre enamel, orangey-yellow to green in color, exhibiting no loss
- Accented by two old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.05 carat, eye-clean and white
- Completed by a pin stem and closure with a hinged bale
- With maker's mark for Krementz and stamped 14K for 14 karat gold
